Long thin legs. Can run as fast as a car

Leave their mom at 5 to 6 months. Born blind open their eyes after 10 days Pups are raise in underground dens

Pack animal behaviors Coyote are noisy and they yip, howl, and bark at other coyotes. Coyote often live together in packs. Coyote hunt in packs or alone.

Unique facts Coyote sometimes howl at night.
They can live up to 18 years in captivity. They can jump horizontal distances of up to meters.

Different eating habits
Coyotes hunt small animals and insects. Coyotes also eat fruit and seeds. They eat meat and primarily small mammals like a mouse.
