Food Safety Services started its journey in
M P as FoSTaC Training Partners post
Honorable Commissioner FDA M.P gave
us an opportunity to partner exclusively
with Madhya Pradesh Food and Drug
department in the month of June 2018.
Food Safety Services initiated its First
batch on 24th July 2018 in Indore for
Confectionary Association, Indore.
Food Safety Services Inaugurated the
FoSTaC program in Indore at Hotel
Country Inn on 25th July 2018 with a
Masala Association, Indore Batch in
presence of our Honorable Chief Guests

Southern & Western Region / Mr. Brijesh
Saxena, Joint Commissioner, FDA M.P /
CMHO, Indore Dr Naik.

3. License Wise & Trainees Wise Performance Since 24th July’18 till 6th October ‘18
HIGHLIGHTS
In a short span of 2.5 months
successfully completed trainings
for 982 Unique License holders by
conducting 29 batches all across
different districts.
Out of which total of a 1024
participants attended the training
and achieved the FoSTaC
Certification.
Out of 84 Registration holders who
attended training, 15 were provided
training at No Cost as a social
responsibility.
Participants from all across M.P
attended the specialized trainings
like WATER & WATER BASED
BEVERAGES / BAKERY in Indore.
These training were first time
conducted in M.P by us.

5. OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INITIATIVE AT CHAMUNDA MATA MANDIR, DEWAS
Food Safety Services in association
with FDA Office, Dewas conducted
a Gap audit and a Free of Cost Food
Safety and Hygiene Training at
Chamunda Mata Mandir Dewas
Prasad Kitchen.
All the Gaps were identified and
suggestions were made in order to
implement the Best Hygiene
practices to ensure safety of
thousands of people who visit the
Mandir.
Hygiene kits and posters were
distributed along with the training.

8. WAY FORWARD !!!!!!!!!
Food Safety Services is soon scheduling FREE of cost Training for Street Food vendors as
proposed in our Initial proposal to Commissioner Mam, FDA M.P
Food Safety Services is extremely excited and ready to give our best to partner with State
FDA to work on the First Proposed Clean Street Food Hub at Indore.
Food Safety Services is now an Empanelled Auditor of FSSAI for providing HYGEINE RATINGS
Food Safety Services desires and requests to contribute more towards FSSAI’s & STATE FDA
mission by facilitating FoSTac in other regions apart from what have been allotted in the
initial phase of the MP Operations by honorable Commissioner Mam.
Food Safety Services would ensure to conduct specialized trainings of FoSTaC in new regions
allotted like Catering,Retail,Transport and Storage, Water & Water based beverages, Bakery
apart from Manufacturing so, that all the FBO’s get trainings only in there unique field of
their operations. We are the only TP who have already done such specialized trainings in
M.P
