2 ROUND 1: How to achieve an effective stakeholder involvement and interaction in the implementation of the core network corridors? Are there any inspirational examples to be derived from the past cooperation initiatives on TEN-T transport axes? How to ensure a harmonised stakeholder management approach between all 9 core network corridors?

3 ROUND 2: How to better involve lighter-weight players (e.g. smaller municipalities and regions, SMEs, NGOs etc.) in developing and putting the corridor work plans into action? How to convert mobility boosting measures to the sustainable growth along the core network corridors and in the nearby territories? How to ensure that the core network corridors are attractive to the market? How to mobilising the industry to the joint planning and implementation of the core network corridors?

4 MESSAGES FROM THE BREAKOUT SESSION (1)
Involved but influencing? Shared priorities and quality of dialogue most important success factors Provide long-term involvement and identification!, not dependant on political conditions (EGTC a suitable tool) Do not try to cover all issues, be flexible, build groups around interests, look at soft aspects (language, culture etc.) Social innovation alongside infrastructure End users for corridor uptake: involve e.g. chambers of commerce and SME networks/associations Mobility + growth + cohesion in effect of corridor implementation, Interreg to support!

5 MESSAGES FROM THE BREAKOUT SESSION (2)
Coordinators to have a good overview of initiatives relating to core network corridors (example: STO-HEL-OSL initiative) Entry points/platforms to enable stakeholders in ongoing initiatives to approach the Coordinators easily (but in an organised way) People make corridors, not institutions! Use experience of the multi-level corridor cooperation networks in the BSR!

6 Corridor cooperation networks in the BSR (formal and project-based)
