2. Axe: Sustainable mobility problem formulation.
Bogotá is the capital of Colombia.
In 10 years the population grew from 7M to 8.5M.
... and vehicles went from 6K to 1.8M.
But new roads have not been built.
We don´t have subway line.

3. Most of the new buses are DIESEL and produce a lot of contamination by particulate material.
High levels of air pollution.
Respiratory diseases increase.

4. Other problems of mobility
Inefficiency of public transport..
Traffic Jams.
High levels of stress for our father and mothers.
It is not a minor problem, in fac tocay is identified as the main problem of the city.

5. OUR INITIATIVES The airship as a public transportation system

The blue mark shows the location of our school.
Students and their families live in the area bounded by the yellow line. It is a mountainous area and just getting out of it is usually difficult.
The orange line defines the working areas of our parents.

7. OUR IDEA: A fleet of dirigibles that take passengers over the city and do two routes: a short (yellow route) and a long (orange route).

8. OUR INITIATIVES The airship as a public transportation system
The red points show the large stations from which buses are distributed for short distances (yellow polygon) and buses for long distances (orange polygon).
What we call the "short route" actually covers a very wide area that passes over three mountains that make it very difficult to move between the southern districts and the north-central part of the city.

10. Prototype I We call it Prototype I because we have decided to make a second version that we hope to fly with helium and micromotors.
