3 Responsibilities Instructors need to make reasonable adjustments to the training services that they provide to meet the needs of disabled people. Training organisations, instructors and schools at which training is delivered need to look at their rules/policies to ensure that they do not indirectly discriminate. Instructors need to ensure that they do not have preconceived views/assumptions about an individual’s ability to carry out a task and achieve outcomes.

5 Ratios & National Standards
One-to-one or in a group? The national standards are for everyone They are designed to be inclusive not exclusive! What national standard levels can be achieved? Level 3?

6 Equipment, adaptions & visual aids
What type of equipment and bikes can be used? Can we start with the 2 wheels approach first? What reasonable adaptions or adjustments can be made? What teaching materials could be used? Can images and drawings be effective?
