The melatonin-produced increase in extracellular dopamine concentration in the striatum is prevented by the CYP2D inhibitor propafenone in pargyline-pretreated rats. Drugs were given as indicated with an arrow. The obtained values are the mean ± S.E.M. (n = 5–8).
