International Conference on ICT Robotics (ICT-ROBOT 2018) ICT-ROBOT 2018 Call for Papers September 6-8, 2018, Busan, Korea Organizing Committee Call for Papers The International Conference on Information and Communication Technology Robotics 2018(ICT-ROBOT 2018) will be held on September 6-8, 2018 in Busan, Korea. The ICT-ROBOT 2018 conference brings together an international community of experts to discuss the state-of-the-art, new research results, perspectives of future developments, and innovative applications relevant to mechatronics, robotics, control, automation, and related areas. The ICT-ROBOT 2018 conference invites submissions of high quality research papers describing original work on the following topics, but not limited to: Actuators, Automotive Systems, Bioengineering, Data Storage Systems, Electronic Packaging, Fault Diagnosis, Human-Machine Interfaces, Industry Applications, Information Technology, Intelligent Systems, Machine Vision, Manufacturing, Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, Micro/Nano Technology, Modeling and Design, System identification and adaptive control, Motion Control, Vibration and Noise Control, Neural and Fuzzy Control, Opto-Electronic Systems, Optomechatronics, Prototyping, Real-Time and Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation, Robotics, Sensors, System Integration, Transportation Systems, Smart Materials and Structures, Energy Harvesting and other frontier fields of mechatronics. Contributed Papers Prospective authors are invited to submit the full version of their manuscripts in MS Word. A maximum of 4 pages in the standard IEEE format is allowed for each paper, including figures, tables and references. Detailed instructions for paper submission are available on the conference web site. Best Paper Awards All submitted papers will be included in the evaluation for the Best Conference Paper Award, and Best Student Paper Award. Creative Robot Contest & Exhibition A creative robot contest will be held along with ICT-ROBOT If the participants want to join the competition, a free booth will be provided and the demonstration needs to be evaluated during the conference period. There will be several awards from Busan Metropolitan city. Organized Sessions Organized session proposers should submit to the Organized Session Chairs or Secretariat a brief statement of purpose for the session as well as the abstract of the papers to be included. A typical organized session consists of 5 to 6 related papers. Venue The ICT-ROBOT will be held at BEXCO(Busan Exhibition Convention Center) in Busan. BEXCO boasts its world class facilities in harmony with outstanding natural environment. Located in Busan’s landmark district of Centum City and near the famous Haeundae beach, BEXCO provides the convenience of city, relaxation of nature, and tourist attractions all at once. At BEXCO, all your conventions needs will be met with easy access to public transportation, hotels, shopping centers, cultural centers, restaurants and various tourist sites.
