2. Single Sign On via GWeb Info System for Students
From the webpage my.gwu.edu
Click gweb info system

3. Enter in GWID and PIN
Then click Login

4. Click the Student Records and Registration Menu Tab

5. Click the TaskStream link

6. Click the LAT by TaskStream link … if an additional slide opens after clicking this link, please select the LAT platform

7. Please read the TaskStream User Agreement and click “Accept” to continue

8. Click on program name to access your assessment(s)

10. Working on Assessments
Click on the Directions tab to see assignment instructions
Click the Evaluation Method link to View Rubric

11. Uploading Attachments
To begin uploading your assignment, click on the Attachments button

12. Uploading Cont.: Click on Upload from Computer
Once your assignment is uploaded, click
Save and Return
Click on Add Files and locate your assignment, then click Start Upload followed by Upload and Close

13. Final Step: Submit Work
Once you have uploaded your assignment, click on the
Submit Work
button to send your assignment to your instructor.

14. Submitting Work Cont.:
A screen will pop up asking if you are sure you want to submit your work for evaluation. You can also add optional comments for your evaluator.
When done, click
Yes-Submit My Work

15. Seeing Scored Work
The Scores/Results tab shows you a summary of work status, actions, results and history.

16. Viewing Results/Scores:
*Note – you can still make changes to your work (by clicking on Cancel Submission) as long as the instructor has not begun the evaluation.
Click here to view a History of comments from your instructor
This column shows a Work Submitted status
Once scores are entered by the instructor, you can view your scores/results in this column
