Established in 1993
Reconstituted in 2010
A Council shared service for learning & development and capacity building
Overseen by LGSC, but now hosted by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council

To assist in the identification of training needs
To facilitate the planning, implementation and evaluation of training programmes
To assist in the development and allocation of resources

50% of net trainer fee for any Leadership courses up to £7,500
50% of net trainer fee for 10 internal course programmes
£1000 for IIP assessments and £1500 for IIP40
Continued support QUB/UUJ leadership courses
Figure to be agreed for EMDC Charter assessments
