Government accounting, procurement, audit, monitoring and evaluation, justice, and credit rating Accountable and transparent accounting at a decentralized level; rigorous implementation of the procurement act of Malawi; increased capacity in the National Audit Office; automated monitoring and evaluation systems; legal skills among government staff; independence of the judiciary; ability to participate in credit rating exercises How this wide sectoral approach was successfully implemented through frequent consultation, joint programming and a team approach 4/3/2019
