Answer: All of the symptoms are the result of nutrient deficiency.

How nutrients are measured
Energy is measured in kilocalories or calories The amount of energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram (about 4 cups) of water 1 degree Celsius Factors that influence your daily calorie needs Activity level Age Weight Gender Your calorie needs

How many grams of each? 2,200 x .3 = 660 calories from fats 660/9 = 73 grams 2,200 x .6= 1,320 calories from carbs 1,320/4 = 330 grams 2,200 x .1 = 220 calories from proteins 220/4 = 55 grams There are about 47 grams of fat in a double cheeseburger and Fries (accounting for 64% of Julie's total intake for the day)
