We have all the resources necessary to accomplish our outcomes

5 Well-formed Outcomes What do you want? What Is it stated resources
Positively? What resources are needed? Is it stated in sensory terms? Is the context clearly defined? What do you want? How will you know you’ve achieved it? Self initiated? Are you in control of it? Is it ecological?

6 Building Rapport By subtly matching non-verbal communication - especially voice patterns and eye contact patterns By developing a genuine interest in the other person and in their model of the world.
