The Headquarters for Community, People, Creating Jobs (2014) Cabinet office in Japan The Reconstruction Agency (2012 Feb) --many houses and facilities has been rebuilt in the earthquake and tsunami affected areas. These area are moving forward to reach an “overall completion ” based on a local revitalization model. On the other hand, the area affected by the nuclear- disaster in Fukushima still need mid- to long-term support for reconstruction and revitalization. “ compared to Miyagi and Iwate [prefectures which were badly damaged by the earthquake and tsunami],[the reconstruction of] Fukushima will take a longer time..” The Reconstruction Agency report published I 2016 ENVIRONET Plenary Meeting 30 Oct- 1 Nov 2018
