The measurable expected results of an instructional program or service, which contribute to the achievement of department goals.
Learning Outcomes: Specific statement about what knowledge, skill, or behavior a participant will acquire as a result of participating in a program or service
Service Outcomes: Focus on the quality and quantity of programs and/or service. Such outcomes typically use satisfaction surveys or user counts as metrics.
