25 words or less describing organizational purpose constituents served how/methods Highlight or underline these components in each of the mission statements (Institutional, Divisional, and departmental).

Learning Outcomes The measurable expected results of an instructional program or service, which contribute to the achievement of department goals. Learning Outcomes: Specific statement about what knowledge, skill, or behavior a participant will acquire as a result of participating in a program or service Service Outcomes: Focus on the quality and quantity of programs and/or service. Such outcomes typically use satisfaction surveys or user counts as metrics.

Evaluating Learning Outcomes
• Clarity Outcomes are specific and detailed action statements. Outcomes are congruent with the organization’s mission and goals. • Measurable Outcomes are able to provide evidence of educational benefits. Outcomes are observable. • Useful/Meaningful Outcomes are able to guide the decision making process. Outcomes are learning centered.
