What you do need: Solid lesson structure that is consistent and procedural Solid classroom management skills and pre-emptive actions Procedure, procedure, procedure; a procedure to train procedures Ability to run an effective rehearsal Motivational skills Blend of in/ex motivation Praise (let’s talk about this)
