2 Brief History and basic description of disease
Lung cancers origin is the lungs. When the sick mess is related to inherited genetics (able to be), it can increase a persons chance of developing it which can keep being passed down. The disease is usually taking in by tabacco users, there are also many ways to catch it. Lung cancer can be fought but it takes mostly time and effort. Lung cancer involves the death of many.

3 Age group, gender, And culture most effected by lung cancer
Age group is people over age 65, most older than 45, average age diagnosed is 71 Gender is male and female Culture most effected by lung cancer is blacks and natives

4 Symptoms Chest pain, frequent coughing, blood and mucus, breathing problems, trouble swallowing or speacking,lost of appetite, weight lost, or swelling in face or neck

5 How the affects the body
Respiratory system: causes formation of a tumor which form overtime new tumors Circulatory System: cancerous cells from lungs can go to bloodstream to spread to other organs Immune System and Excretory System: enter nearby lymph nodes to lymphatic system then reaches other organs (forms new tumors) Nervous System: Causes head aches and brain tumors Skeletal and muscular system: Lead to bone and muscle pain, weekend bones, increase risk of fracture

6 Causes of disease Smoking, secondhand smoke, exposure to asbestos or other pollutants, exposure to radon

7 Cures or treatment Surgery, chemotherapy (the use of medicine to destroy cancer cells), Radiation therapy (the use of high- dose x- rays to destroy cancer cells and shrink tumors). Its important to stop smoking or stop being around someone’s else’s smoke

8 Prevention of the disease
Stop smoking or stop being around people who does smoke

9 How the disease affects a person’s daily life
Deal with anger, fear, and depression; effects ability to do wanted things; support/ help from others; a lot of wanted time spent in hostpital.
