4. A Cultural Planning Project: The Check List
Are people included, involved, engaged and empowered to take risks?
Are creativity, artists, vibrancy and fun at the core of the process?
Does it “tell the story” - uncover the “distinctiveness”
Are relationships: key stakeholders, agencies and partnerships (at the right level) in place?
Is the project generative rather than instrumental?
Is it a grass roots initiative supported from the top down?
Is there sustainability in the process?
