3 Registration and Fees No student will be prevented from participate due to Financial need Any student on Free/Reduced lunch will have their fees waived Parents contact the directors if your student does not qualify but aide is needed Designed to help provide a high quality performance District Policy All registration and previous school year fees must be paid prior to enrollment in a district club, sport or activity Fees must be on a payment plan that is up- to-date with payments District Fees Paid through 8 to 18 /login District fee must be paid off for a student to participate in the production If the district payment is neglected, students will not be allowed to participate in the production until the fee is paid for. This is the district policy.

ALL FEES can be waived with the sales of ads for the programs. 50% of the ads you sell can be applied to your production fees! Ad forms can be found on Do not purchase anything related to your cast/crew role. You will not be reimbursed for any purchases made.

6 Communication Remind will be the primary form of communication between directors and students. 7 Rehearsals Closed Rehearsals Pick-up Procedures
All rehearsals are closed. Family, friends, and alumni are asked to wait outside of the choir room/auditorium until students are dismissed. Pick-up Procedures Students are to arrange rides prior to rehearsal. Students who are not at rehearsal due to ride issues will be marked as unexcused. Parents should pick up their students near the side entrance to the auditorium, near the football field. Members of the production staff will stay until all students have been picked up. Please be considerate and be on time.

8 Rehearsals Behavior/Discipline Policy
Students in the cast and crew should always remain positive, respectful to others and patient. Students are expected to follow the Rules of conduct in the Wildcat Code. The production staff will handle discipline matters regarding student behavior accordingly. Decisions to remove a cast or crew member will be considered by all members of the production staff to help maintain the integrity of the production.

9 Rehearsals Commitment Excused/unexcused absences
If a student is absent from school, they cannot come back for rehearsal. Students need to be aware of the calendar and any absences cannot be deemed excused unless it is from one of the directors. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of rehearsal 3 unexcused absences – removal from production if consistent behavior follows. The last two weeks of rehearsal are mandatory for all cast and crew members. Students/Staff at PHS-CC have been notified that these are mandatory rehearsals and will not split time.

10 Production Policies Students will…
Honor all of PHS-CC Wildcat Code policies during rehearsal and performance times. Treat members of the production Staff and Parent Volunteers with respect and courtesy and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Treat all cast and crew members with respect and remain conflict free. Take pride in their work on the spring musical and strive to improve their skills with every rehearsal. Arrive on time to all rehearsals and be fully prepared. Respect all rental properties, and items belonging to PHS-CC such as; costumes, props, tools, technical equipment.

11 Production Policies Continued…
Students will… Remain in the auditorium, tool room, or performing arts hallway (as deemed by the production staff) during rehearsal time. Keep their cell phone on silent and should never bring it on stage or in the tool room where it can be a distraction to others or themselves during rehearsals. Have their snack before rehearsal starts and will not leave the school building to purchase any snacks. Clean the auditorium and tool room every night and wait for approval to be dismissed before they leave for the day.

12 Parent Volunteer Opportunities
We will Parent Volunteers for the four performances of the Show! Concessions Ushers Flowers Backstage monitors During Production Week, we ask that each parent sends a snack/dessert to share for rehearsals. Production staff provides dinner and drinks, snacks/desserts are needed from parent donations
