This term was coined by both Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso in the beginning of the 20th century Work of formal art, made from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole work of art An artistic collage work may include newspaper clippings, ribbons, bits of colored or hand-made papers, portions of other artwork, photographs, and such, glued to a piece of paper or canvas.

30 ACCORDION BOOK PROJECT GUIDELINES
You have to tell an autobiographical narrative. SIX PAGES will tell the narrative The two end pages with have covers on the back. They need to be thicker, add cardboard, decorative paper, etc… don’t have to be a conventional book cover. I expect at least three types of media involved in your collage. Play with weird stuff like office supplies, or add drawings.
