Daily Method of Operation
Your Daily Method of Operation (DMO) should be focused on moving away from a goal approach, and instead centered on a system’s approach. To maximize the return on your time (ROIT), create habits of success which focus on a system’s perspective. $$$ TIP: Remember, to maximize your OUTput, focus on your INput. Milgram’s Law The market place will blindly believe the words of an expert. Also known as the 1 second rule.

Zipf’s Law With limited time and opportunity to experiment, your ideal clients intentionally narrow their choices to those who are on top. Also known as the 4 second rule.

The Seam of Success In an overcrowded market place, you need to realize that ‘Greater sameness won’t get you better results.’ So you want to ensure you re-engineer your focus and DMOs to reflect, what I refer to as The Seam of Success. Seam of Success = Do what others… 1) Don’t do. 2) Can’t do. 3) Wouldn’t think of doing.
