7 Parents Support Help us to make our children understand that during a learning process they can expect ups and down, that ups are reasons to celebrate and downs are reasons to fight for improvement. Both celebrations and fighting are part of the painful but necessary process of learning and growth. Help us to make our children understand that “give up” is not in our dictionary, and that they have the opportunity to improve their grades based on their hard work. Help us to make students responsible for their actions. Help us to make students understand that an “A” is important when it is supported by knowledge and not for expectations. Expectations will not come true if they are not followed by actions and effort. Help us to make students understand that behind each behavior there is a consequence. That disrespectful or aggressive attitudes are not the ways to solve problems. Track the student’s grades and progress in the parent’s portal. I post comments about what the student does in class. Encourage your children to express their concerns, advocate for themselves , and ask for help when they do not understand the class. Keep in touch with the teacher of your child as always as needed.

8 Communication My I have an open door policy for teacher-parent conference Mondays through Fridays from 1:20 pm to 2:20 pm. Just let me know one day in advance to confirm your attendance.
