Since 1999, Lucy Lu has been combining stylish and striking imagery with fun and useful gift products that will stand the test of time and be enjoyed for years to come. The product line includes gift accessories, magnets, jewelry, key chains, pocket tools, matches and mint boxes, and more!   Many items are completely manufactured in the USA. The stock design library includes a vast selection of everyday gift, seasonal/holiday and regional/destination artwork. In addition, all items can be customized in short run with fast turn times.

8. ARTWORK General information:
All artwork crosses over to each product in the line (some exceptions will apply, ie….Lucite Trays, Boutique Boxes,)
Design codes are indicated below each “block” of design on style sheets throughout the catalog
MOQ’s: 12 pcs. Per product and 4 pcs. Per design (does not apply to custom)
Name drop available on certain destination designs: MOQ 12 pcs. – no upcharge
Destination artwork by state is available and may be requested at anytime
Don’t be afraid to ASK if you are not finding something that you are looking for…we have thousands of archived files that we can pull from

9. Order Processing Minimum order amount is $250 – re-orders $150
All orders are FOB Denver Colorado
Minimum per product is 12 pcs – 4 (or more) pcs. Per design (unless otherwise indicated)
When processing orders:
Scan the UPC to pull up the item listing
Quantity will default to 12 units and will need to be manually changed for higher quantities
Design codes should be referenced in line item note or master note section of order (examples attached)
If designs are not being ordered in even increments, please indicate your quantities per design next to the design code – if your designs per product are being ordered evenly, no numeric indication is required aside from the total units being ordered for that product
Custom Designs may also be referenced in the line item note or master note section – simply state “custom artwork to be submitted” if there is no existing custom code - $50 set up should be indicated on order

14. CUSTOM MADE EASY…… CUSTOM
Custom orders are incredibly easy sells and yet widely underwritten in the field due to the heavy fear factor of high minimums and extensive art charges. HAVE NO FEAR – WE MAKE IT EASY!!!!!!
MOQ for custom orders is $300 which can include assorted items with a minimum of 12 pcs. Per item (1 design).
Build a story across multiple items!
One time set up fee of $50 applies to all custom orders – for orders that include several custom designs we will consolidate your set up charges as to avoid charging your customers extensive set up fees
Artwork should be submitted in vector format or in high resolution (300 dpi or higher)
All custom orders include and require digital proof approval prior to beginning production
Turn time for shipping custom orders is roughly 7-10 days from artwork approval
We offer in house graphic design services if your accounts are needing us to create artwork for them. Art charges will apply but can be negotiated
