Strategic Direction 2018 Focus 2. Teaching and Learning
College Culture and Practice 2. Teaching and Learning Strategic Direction 2018 Focus Baseline assessment tasks determine where students enter the learning goal and then teachers and students track their progress towards or beyond TARGET throughout the term using monitoring and check in tasks. Regular FEEDBACK is provided to students to give information about: How I am going? FEEDBACK Where to next? FEED FORWARD Key reading workshops, resources and guided and independent reading activities are created to help students to unpack key success criteria. Differentiated strategies and targeted resources are devised to help meet the needs of students at different stages of the learning progression. Differentiation is delivered in guided reading lessons where students are grouped according to need and reading level.
