AIMS To provide an opportunity for a group of professional people who are directly involved in working on the issue of young people living in so-called deprived neighbourhoods or disadvantaged European urban areas to work together through the activation of concrete actions involving young people, exchange good practices and start a long term cooperation process within the context of non formal education
