2. Departure Arrive at school for 8:55 am
Packed lunch in disposable containers and a labelled water bottle needed in a rucksack
Medication (including travel sickness tablets) to be handed to a first aider and a form filled in.
Leaving school at 11.00am

3. What to bring (and what not to bring!)
Clothes for all weathers as per the kit list (all labelled)
Sleeping Bag and Pillow case (pillows provided)
Sun cream/hats etc
No sweets
Money for ice-creams £5.00 in a labelled purse/wallet, but children will need to be responsible for their own money.
No electronic devices/phones etc
Staff will be taking photographs throughout the trip
so there is no need for the children to bring a camera.

4. Activities Day 1 Picnic lunch on arrival Save the Species
Custard Crossing
Nellbanian Mountains
Duck Rescue (wet!)
Adventure Playground
Children settle into their dorms
Evening meal
Various team games on site
Lights out at 10pm

5. Activities Day 2 Breakfast Moor Walk (all day!)
Ice-cream treat on the walk home
Chill out time and showers
Evening meal
Various team games on site
Lights out at 10pm

6. Activities Day 3 Clear the rooms and pack bags Breakfast Den Building
Orienteering
Picnic lunch
River Walk into Ilkley
Leaving Nell Bank at 2.30pm

7. Eating and Sleeping
Dormitories sleep 16 and will be grouped in friendship groups where possible
Mixed groups across the year during the day
Food choices at meal times
Lights out at 10pm

8. Coming home! Leave Nell Bank at 2:30pm
Arrive at school for 3.15pm so collect children at 3.30pm
