Ericsson radio systems – focuses on energy performance and reduced consumption I&S – energy and transport – two of the largest sectors contributing to climate change. With our IS offering in these areas, we will offset 2x as much as we put out. - Mcommerce. Mcomm is seen as one of the most important technologies when it comes to social and financial inclusion. The World Bank just estimated that the world’s unbanked population of 2.5 bn has been reduced by 700 m betweeen 2011 and 2014, thanks largely to mcommerce. Our platform will directly enable this inclusion, and on top of that, we can enable access to water, electricty Thus the very nature of our business is transformative. And just as we can tranform other industries, we can we transform sustainable development challenges, while creating an inclusive, growth economy. M-commerce solutions M-Commerce is enabling financial services for the poor Latin America, Africa and Asia Banking the unbanked Slide 8: M-commerce solutions enabling financial Inclusion There are still nearly 2 billion people that do not have access to formal financial services. Our Mcommerce solution is enabling financial services for the poor. One example is Pakistan. Pakistan has an estimated population of 200 million, with approximately 60% living on under $2 a day and only 15 percent reported to have a bank account. Ericsson’s solution is driving crucial financial inclusion efforts by providing access to banking systems. © Ericsson AB 2016
