6 Select Enterprise Products calculator Select the calculator you want to explore > click Get Started Please note: You are able to download the Excel version 8.3 of the Value of Office ROI calculator

7 Company Info Enter company information > click Next

8 Solution Profile Enter the Basic Inputs and select add-on options > click Calculate to see results or > click Modify Assumptions to change the Standard Inputs

9 Standard Inputs Change the pre-populated Forrester assumptions to fit the customer’s cost inputs > click Calculate

10 Results Page Download the results or go back to modify Outputs: - ROI Excel download will produce a zip file containing the prepopulated Excel, Word doc and PPT template - The PPT download will produce an Executive Summary presentation of the results - The Excel download allows you to modify the Advanced Cost and Benefits tabs as well as the stand alone product tabs
