Deliver to the Main Office (second floor) to Catherine Meehan Each applicant must choose one discipline to audition for and indicate a second choice if desired Teacher Referral Forms will be sent directly to St. Elizabeth by the Grade 8 teachers Reference letters can be included A cheque in the amount of $50.00 for the workshop and audition

Auditions will be held on Wednesday, January 30th and Thursday, January 31st during the school day
Please indicate on the application form if there is a specific day that the student is not able to audition. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request Each student will receive a letter indicating the date and time of the audition All applicants will be granted an audition Audition panels will consist of RAP teachers and guest artists All decisions of the panel are final Acceptance is conditional on academic standing

Successful candidates will be contacted by phone between February 1st and February 3rd Registration packages for successful applicants will be mailed out via Canada Post A waiting list will be created for each discipline
