Fig 1 Flowchart diagram of 2 groups receiving remedial exercise only or resistive exercise after remedial exercise. The nonactive resistance exercise group received CDPT (manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and remedial exercise) only for 8 weeks. The active resistance exercise group received ARE after CDPT with a compression stocking or a multilayer bandage for 8 weeks. The active resistance exercise group was prescribed seated row, bench press, latissimus dorsi pull-down, 1-arm bent-over rowing, triceps extension, and biceps curl.
