1. Pi rewrite = graphic organizer for ‘new’ essay & session w/Mrs. Desman
Roots = reflection page; submission requirements; deadline update; writing conferences
Read ballads and be ready to discuss Monday; concrete poetry
Tuesday = tech space writing sessions
Wednesday = ballad writing; writing conferences; concrete poetry?
Thursday & Friday = Intro to Shakespeare, drama, tragedy and R & J

2. Pi revisions
No formal revised essay is required…However, a revised essay should be planned and points will be awarded for completing and submitting an organizer for the revision that addresses issues regarding content and organization as well as overall comments provided by Mrs. Desman
Finish brainstorm process and record information, or complete a rough draft of the graphic organizer to discuss during Tuesday’s writing session

3. Roots
Reflection… one page; your thoughts on your subject and the project overall; must be included in the hard copy for your writing folder but is optional for the ‘gift’ copy
Sources… 3 sources plus the interview…a print source is NOT required
Deadline…. Adjusted to Friday, May 11th; two hard copies must be submitted…one with a cover page (include a photo if you like) – see MLA requirements for submissions with or without a cover page
Writing Conferences… a second writing conference is required…some time may be available on Wednesday, 5/9 but please schedule accordingly

4. Poetry
Ballads should be read and ready to discuss on Monday. Ballads will be assigned for completion 5/14.
