2. CLINICAL SYSTEM MERGE APRIL 2016
Monteagle Surgery is merging with Oakley Health Group in April 2018.
We will all be known as Oakley Health Group (still using the 3 sites)
We already use the same clinical system.
BUT – these have to be merged together between 13-16th April.

3. Merging Computer Systems April 2018
Engineers will be working from 13th – 16th April to action this.
There may be unavoidable delays/downtime.
PLEASE be patient and bear with us from 13th – 16th April and the following few days.

4. Appointments
Monteagle will have to cease booking appointments ahead into April whilst we create all new appointment sessions for the practice.
Appointments will be available to book ahead as soon as is practically possible.
On Monday 16th April Monteagle will have to operate a “book on the day” service only. Oakley Health will be unaffected. After that day, things should return to normal.
Future appointment clinics will be uploaded later that week for end April/May/June onwards.

5. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS BY 10th APRIL if due.
REMEMBER – 13th – 16th April Clinical system merge – there will be delays, computer downtime and different systems running.

AVOID PHONING ON MONDAY 16th APRIL FOR ROUTINE MATTERS.
