2. This template is being provided as are reference for the preparation of our PowerPoints
Formats, layouts, and procedures should be followed as closely as possible
Slides should be in widescreen format
One speaker per presentation is preferable but have no more than two
Company logos only allowed on title and closing slides
Keep commercialism to a minimum

3. Minimum 28 point font for main points
Minimum 24 point font for secondary points
Minimum 20 point font for tertiary points
Nothing smaller than 20 point
Do not read your PowerPoints
If you need a laser pointer please bring your own
Use arrows or other PowerPoint graphics to highlight specific items

4. Be sure that all graphics, charts, tables, etc
Be sure that all graphics, charts, tables, etc. are clear and readable to all attendees
Do not say “those of you in the back can’t read this but…”
Pictures, videos, and any other media must be embedded into the PowerPoint
Try you presentation out on another computer before uploading
Presentations time vary per session- confirm with your moderator how much time you have and PLEASE KEEP ON TIME.

5. Slide transitions are okay but do not let them be distracting
Use dynamic text effectively – don’t use it on every point or slide
In your conclusion, remember to restate our main points
