Introduction New Program rollout Our most valuable assets The Roadmap Through its many historic efforts, new programs have been rolled out, and lives have been changed for the better As we commit our resources toward our most valued assets, our employees, we are committed to redefining old roles and functions so that employees can easily adjust to the new technologies and how they are designed to enhance our products and services to our customers. In this communication plan, employees and other stakeholders are shown the roadmap for our transformation from the old ways of using everyday drug therapies toward the new push for the live-saving project of Promises of Personalized Medicine.

3 Objectives Participants will use the information given from provided notes and videos to define and recognize key benefits of genomic sequencing and molecular analysis so that they can reconstruct the major benefits for the customer. Through these training, participants will operationalize The Mayo Clinic's enhanced delivery of its preventative medicine so that it stimulates greater awareness among the publics.

Recreation of billboards Interactive designs Graphic designs Big screen TVs Wallpapers Cartoon characters The promotional strategies which are foundational for launching our plans to the stakeholders of The Mayo Clinic include: sending s about the program to build awareness, recreating our internal billboards to show our direction, and most importantly, creating a media blitz by hiring the top graphic designer and videographer to build momentum. Those contracted to create graphics to communicate our plan, will be expected to use modern technologies and catchy characters to lay the framework for the big rollout by concentrating on the key elements of the plan, i.e., our breakthrough techniques of genomic sequencing and molecular analysis, as well as our vision statement, and commitment to service.

Leadership engagements at pre-service meetings We will also share our communication plan through special social gatherings and monthly fun party launches for both internal and external clients, so that we can deliver more life to the strategy. Senior leaders will also participate in regular motivational conversations at the weekly employee pre-service gatherings.
