Transfer Students Students who choose to go to Community College may transfer to: UC: should consider Honors Programs offered at Community College and discuss possible transfer agreements that may ensure admission. CSU: meet with college transfer counselor and make sure they have completed prerequisites Private: visit individual college website for transfer requirements and prerequisites *CHSU (California Health Sciences University): Partnership with CCC for priority registration to students who meet prerequisites for pre-pharmacy
