Improvements to navigation/design and increase levels of interactivity through tools, videos, and quizzes Develop new personalized Advice ( and push notifications) (Expert Medical Opinion, Musculoskeletal, Disability, Back Pain, Pre-diabetes, Custom, etc.) Incentives for Telemedicine and EAP activities (e.g. attending an educational Webinar) Integrated/guided health educational materials Wellness Updates to online Wellness Program including NCQA certification, improved navigation, member goals survey, guided programs, co-branding customizations, and on-demand client reporting. Disease Management Disease specific content and Smart Goals for members with conditions as part of Chronic Condition Support program.
