“ECU works to further and support equality and diversity for staff and students in higher and further education” Funded by SFC; working with colleges since 2011.

3. About ECU’s mainstreaming programme
Mainstreaming is integral to meeting the Scottish specific duties of the Equality Act 2010
Bespoke programme assists colleges to:
Review and align sets of equality outcomes
Coordinate and refine action plans
Mainstream the delivery of outcomes across campuses
Measure and report on progress by the 2015 deadline
