Step 1
Sit the person upright so they can breath easier.

Keep them calm while you get a friend to get their inhaler and get a teacher or adult.

41. Step 3
Give them a puff of their reliever inhaler every seconds and repeat.

42. Step 4
If they are still breathless call 999 and give them the reliever inhaler until the ambulance arrives.
