 to equip, inspire, and empower council members to lead differently in local school decision-making
 host workshops packed with up-to-date information that equipped  members to monitor their strategic plans
 inspire members to share their story with community stakeholders
 empower members to leverage resources to support their school initiatives

As Dr. Rose mentioned, school governance councils are important because it is a gathering f different stakeholders (parents, staff, principal, and community members) around the table to make decisions that are aligned to their schools’ needs but also supportive of the district’s goal.
Our goal is to equip, empower, and inspire (YJH) and help our councils #leaddifferently (JJ).
