8. Jesus died for all – Heb. 2:9.
2 Corinthians 5: For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus:that if One died for all, then all died; 15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
Jesus died for all – Heb. 2:9.
We would all be lost without His death – Heb. 2:14-18; 9:22
We should not live for ourselves – Rom. 8:6; 1 Pet. 4:1-5
We should live for Christ – 1 Cor. 6:19,20
There are Four aspects of this realization that I want to focus on this morning:

I Want To Work For Him
I Want To Be Forgiving Like Him
I Want To Stand Up For Him
Because Jesus Died For Me

10. I Want To Learn & Stand On His Word
Jesus is God’s exclusive spokesman today – Heb. 1:1,2; Jn. 1:1,2
His words give life – John 6:63,68 Matt. 11:28-30; Rom. 1:16
His words are authoritative – Matt. 28:18-20; Col. 3:17
Following His words is the only way to please God – 1 Thess. 4:1,2; Matt. 7:24-27.
His words will judge us on the last day – Jn. 12:48; Rom. 2:16
Are we willing to Stand & Learn His Word?

11. I Want To Work For Him Are we willing to work for Him?
Jesus expects us to be workers – Matt. 25:34-46; Eph. 2:10
Faith without works is dead – James 2:14-24; 1:22-24
We ought to be zealous to do good works – Tit. 2:14
We need to encourage one another – Heb. 10:24,25
If we do not – we are sinners and will be cut off – James 4:17; John 15:1-8
Are we willing to work for Him?

12. I Want To Be Forgiving Like Him Are we willing to Forgive like Him?
Example of Jesus – Luke 23:34
Because I have been forgiven – Eph. 4:32; Col. 3:13
We should always have a heart of forgiveness— Matt. 18:21-35; Acts 7:59,60; John 3:16; Col. 3:12-14
Required if we are to be forgiven – Matt. 6:14,15; Mark 11:25,26
Are we willing to Forgive like Him?

13. I Want To Stand Up For Him Are we willing to Stand Up for Him?
In righteousness– 1 Cor. 15:58; Col. 1:23; Heb. 3:14; 1 Tim. 6:12
Against wickedness – Eph. 4:27; 5:11; 1 Pet. 5:8,9; Jam. 4:7
To defend His teaching – Rom. 1:16; Jude 1:3; Phil. 1:27; Acts 8:4; 1 Thess. 1:8
Requires courage and strength – 1 Cor. 16:13; Josh. 1:6-9
God has provided us with the means to stand – Eph. 6:10- 18
Are we willing to Stand Up for Him?

14. Jesus died for you and rose again!

Learnt His Word?
Been Working For Him?
Been Forgiving?
Stood Up For Him?
Jesus died for you and rose again!
Will you die with Him so you can live for Him?
