2 3 types of Energy Systems
ATP – CP Anaerobic (with out oxygen) Aerobic (with oxygen)

3 ATP – CP System Lasts for the first 10 to 20 sec of high intensity exercise. Does not require oxygen 100m sprinting

4 Anaerobic Energy System
Starts just before ATP system runs out. Lasts up to 2-3 mins. Produces lactic acid 800m running 200m, 400m freestyle

5 Aerobic Energy system Moderate intensity, long distance exercise.
Requires oxygen Any activity that increases HR and lasts over 4-5mins Rowing, ironman, football & rugby matches
