2. Presentation Guidelines
Total duration of presentation is 25 minutes, 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
Limit your presentation to 25 slides and 20MB.
There are no logos and borders allowed except for the title page.
The presentation should not have ‘Confidential’ or ‘Proprietary’ tags.

3. Presentation Guidelines: Format
File format must be Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe pdf for presentation and pdf only for on-line and USB proceedings.
Copyright release is not needed.
Slide size aspect ratio must be 16:9.
The footer is needed on the title slide and must include the:
paper number
slide number
The footer on the other slides must include the slide number only.

4. Presentation Guidelines: Color
No background color or pattern should be used. All slides should have a white background.
Schematics, graphs, illustrations or pictures may use color.
Avoid using light colors that are not clear on a white background.
All text should be in black.

5. Presentation Guidelines: Font Size
Recommended minimum Arial font sizes:
Titles: 32
Sub-Titles: 28
Major Bullets: 24
Indented Bullets: 20
Text on graphs, figures,…: 18
