Course Syllabus – High Level from Day 1 to Day 9. Detailed syllabus for each day will be provided before the training session. Day 1 & 2: End to End Recruitment Process (Job Analysis, Sourcing Resume, Preliminary Screening, Submission, Interview, Selection, Timesheets, Agreement) Day 3: H1B cap process and documents explanation. Exercise for Job Posting on Oracle DBA Requirement. Day 4: Interaction Session on Day 1, Day2 & Day 3 sessions - Students Day 5: Project implementation and Software Development Life Cycle (Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance) Day 6: Explanation of IT job titles (Data Modeler, BA, SME, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Developer, Tester, System Admin, Hardware Engineer, SME, Architect etc), Functional, Technical Day 7: Job Description Analysis – 12 plus job descriptions will be provided. Day 12: Green Card Process Overview and EAD Cards (OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD etc) Day 13: Tax Terms (W2 (Full Time & Hourly), 1099, C2C) Day 14: How to verify resume and Visa (different scenarios) Day 15: Small US staffing company departments & titles explanation Day 16: Salary, Benefits, Timesheets (How it will be helpful for explaining FULL TIME) Day 17: Paper Work (Placement Fee, Referral Fee, RTR, MSA, SOW, Background Test, Drug Test) Day 18: Interaction Session on Job Titles & source resumes - Students Day 19: How to talk to a candidate on full time requirement - Students Day 20: How to talk to a candidate on contract requirement - Students

Upon completion of this course
On completion of this course, Students will be able work as a Technical Recruiter (Fresher or Junior) for USA Requirements. Students will have more conceptual knowledge when compared to a middle level recruiter. Self Confidence Junior Recruiters can work as middle level recruiters Senior Recruiter can work as a Team Lead CERTIFICATION: Training Certification will be provided, which will explain that you have worked on active Requirements from Clients. Placement: With our contacts, we will arrange interviews. We believe that within 3 months, you will be placed with US Staffing Firms as Recruiter or Bench Sales Manager.

Benefits Those who are in India:
Starting salary of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month plus incentives. 30% increment for the first 5 years and then it will based your performance. Recruiters will get minimum of Rs.50,000 as monthly salary. (Will explain to you in sessions – What to do to earn more salary) An opportunity to go to USA if you are a real performer Those who are in US: At least starting salary of $500 plus incentives per month and you will earn around 100,000 dollars plus incentives when you reach executives level (Director, VP). Within 10 years, you can climb up the recruitment ladder to work as a Director.

Rs.5,000/- for payments from Indian Banks for each person How we train Share Skype Username and Microsoft Account Name.(If you don’t have, please register) Accept our invitation to join in Skype Attend our training session Before the session starts, PPT Presentation(slides) will be sent to the student The same slide will be shared on SKYPE and trainer will run through the program Slide will have notes for each topic so that they can refer whenever it is needed. Interactive Sessions (Theoretical and Practical) through skype How to pay Amount can be credited either through PAYPAL or to our Indian NEFT account.
