9. Benefits Those who are in India:
Starting salary of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month plus incentives.
30% increment for the first 5 years and then it will based your performance.
Recruiters will get minimum of Rs.50,000 as monthly salary. (Will explain to you in sessions – What to do to earn more salary)
An opportunity to go to USA if you are a real performer
Those who are in US:
At least starting salary of $500 plus incentives per month and you will earn around 100,000 dollars plus incentives when you reach executives level (Director, VP). Within 10 years, you can climb up the recruitment ladder to work as a Director.
