Create a Quote reservation
Create a QUOTE reservation: its purpose is to consult the Projected Revenue in order to inform the client on the related costs. Place QUOTE in the AWB number After pressing OK, click in Projected Revenue. 2 Data Check Only the default O.C. (Other Charges) are added in the total Note: If necessary, the delete of an AWB is to be requested to the Helpdesk Dimensions and volume are to be inserted and maintained on the reservation alone

Data query and check from a reservation. Complete the reservation with all the segments Click on the link REFERENCE. Open the price table associated with this specific reservation Important The use of the proper IATA Class and Nature of Goods is important to have the system trigger the correct publihed price table

Price data check from the AWB Complete the Full AWB data To check the applied rates go to the Price Tab To check the IATA rate click on the Published Rates link. The lower section of the display presents a global prespective of the final results. Important The use of the proper IATA Class and Nature of Goods is important to have the system trigger the correct publihed price table

Through this window you can check the TACT rates uploaded into the system. The link IATA CLASS RULES shows the actual rules considered by the system.

Pricing Section Pricing On the Pricing Menu you can select:
Sell Prices for general Pricing Sell ADHOC for Ad-Hoc deals Threshold for the minimun Rates IATA Tariff for TACT Pricing The windows structure are very similar and self-explanatory in nature.

Price Table Subtitles Area to where the prices belongs. Verified indicator. Only verified prices will be considered. Applied Routing / Zone PP/CC Form of payment Start and End Date Associated Price Class Transit Point and OAL (if applicable) Related Frequency Allotment and/or SHC to which the price applies Rate’s Mínimum and breakpoints Note: The Sales premium applies on promotions (these are restricted in time since they are associated with the Start and End date. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 9 8 10 10 Areas/Zones In order to group airports to facilitate configuration, the system is capable to create accounting areas and airport pricing zones. So each airport is part of an accounting area, and can be part of different airport pricing zones. Those zones/areas can be checked by clicking the link before the field and perform queries.

Choose SELL Ad-Hocs on the main menu Complete the data in the following screen ( including the agent to whom the ADHOC is given) Click REFERENCE to obtain the ADHOC refrence code that should be handed over to the customer Attaching an ADHOC to a Booking Book the shipment If the agt possesses an ADHOC code insert it the reference number on the proper field of the booking screen If the agent don´t possesses an reference number Press the ADHOC Button Click Add Create the Adhoc If booking is done right after adhoc it attaches de adhoc to the booking as soon the adhoc button is pressed. 1. a) I.
