Create a personal list of what you need in order to work productively in our club. (all voices heard, etc.)
Round robin one thing from your list until everyone is done (no repeats).
Ask questions if clarification is needed from any team members.
Combine the list to make it manageable (around 5)
Can everyone abide by the ground rules?
What ground rules may be hard to follow and how will “we” address these?
