The students did a wonderful job with the challange words this year. I’m very proud of them.
Theme next week will be butterflies, bees, and beetles.
Mrs. Yacynych starts back on Monday.
Tuesday is the carnival.
Thursday is the field trip.
Friday there will be a fit-a-thon assembly. The basket raffle tickets will be pulled then.

This week we ….
- learned about the life cycle of a plant.
- learned about the different parts of a plant we eat.
- practiced our addition and subrtaction. Used calculators to solve problems.
- We used the in and out chart to solve addition problems.
- we wrote a 5 sentence paragraph to Mrs. Yacynych about ourselves, to help her get to know us.
- had a fantstic time at the Fit-A-Thon. We were lucky and had nice weather for it.
