ES induction afternoon ES pack ES faculty away afternoon annually Topics - communication and NLP, asking great questions, reflection Educational staff member supports mid year and end of year meetings Educational staff support - portfolio etc

What did we do? Discussed feedback at ES away day in May followed by - no dissenters Invited all ES’s to be part of ARCP panels At each ARCP 3 members - 1 driving portfolio, 1 check listing and 1 completing ES evaluation Lots of discussion for all parts
