2. Quantity Holders (COR2970)- Why?
2 new Quantity Holders are required in Gemini and Gemini Exit to identify Entry and Exit Capacity sold under the new RIIO incentives. This will enable National Grid Transmission to allocate capacity and report to Ofgem correctly under the new RIIO incentives
Proposed implementation – August 2013 to facilitate the correct processing and reporting of the EAFLEC allocations during September 2013.
