We started in July 2016 with eFDS1 – Ang Tulong ng Pantawid, scoring The scores of the following months, up to Dec 2016 are reflected in the slide. In Aug, the average score was 3.04, rising to 3.14 in Sept, dropping to 3.07 in Oct and 3.05 in Nov, rising again to 3.14 in Dec. The red line is a trendline, showing that the scores over the 6 months are on an uptrend. After the first month, the average score has remained over 3. We will now distribute your report cards. [DISTRIBUTE] Lets understand what it says together. There is Project i-Pantawid on the left, followed by Caritas Nueva Segovia. Caritas is our local organization that is conducting the monthly training for you under Project i-Pantawid. At the bottom are the organizations that designed and support Project i-Pantawid. You will see your name in the box. Below that are the topics covered for each given month. We started with Ang Tulong ng Pantawid last July There have been 6 topics covered until December. On the top right are the 8 skills or indicators you have been rated on during every eFDS cascade, from a to h, followed by the average for each month. The average is the total score for each month divided by number of skills rated, generally 8. You will see whether you are improving or not for each month if the average is going up. In this example, the facilitator is improving monthly, starting with 2.5 in July, ending with 3.1 in December. At the bottom is the average for each skill. The higher the rating, the better you are at it. The high ratings are your strengths. You can also see what skills have the lower scores and need more work. On the rightmost bottom corner is your overall average and the basis of the overall facilitator ranking. [GIVE TIME FOR PARTICIPANTS TO REVIEW THEIR REPORT CARDS] Any questions?
