1 Generate kml file of proposed site. You can download google earth and kml creation user manual from website . By login through your user id in e-RDF link.
2. Take geo-tag photographs of site.
3. Collect latitude & longitude of site location.
4. Scan and upload signature by officers in e- RDF software by login through your user id in e-RDF link then click on upload signature
First RO login and generate/ formulate scheme at RO level and proposal will be uploaded by RO.
Then Dfo Login and check the proposal and if he want to edit/ change the proposal he can otherwise he will upload proposal.
And same process will be followed by Cf, Rccf level.

3. Step 2- Input your user id and password

4. Step 4- Then click on Plantation.
Step 3- Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on RDF for plantation work ,
Step 4- Then click on Plantation.

Step 4.1- Then feed all data related to plantation scheme (Part -1), Then click on save button

6. Step 4.2- Then feed all data related to plantation scheme (Part -2), Then click on save button

7. 5. SMC WORK
Step Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on RDF then SMC

8. 5 .1.a - If required Then click on contour trench and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated .

9. Step 5 .2 - Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on SMC
5 .2.a - If required Then click on Contour Bund and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated.

10. Step 5 .3 - Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on SMC
Step 5.3.a - If required then clicks on Drainage Line Treatment (DLT) and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated.
Step Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on SMC
Step 5.4.a - If required then clicks on Spillway and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated.
Step Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on SMC

11. Step 5.5.a - If required Then click on Stream Bank Erosion (Geo Bag) and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated.
Step Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on SMC
Step 5.6.a - If required Then click on Stream Bank Erosion (Gabion) and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated.
Step Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on SMC
Step 5.7.a - If required then clicks on Water Harvesting Tank / Pond and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated.
Step Then go to menu and click on Scheme formulation menu button then clicks on SMC
Step 5.8.a - If required then clicks on Earth Check Dam / Silt Detention and feed all related data and click on save button and then work id will be generated.

12. 6. Club Schemes
Step Then go to Generate RDF Id in club Schemes menu.
Step 6.1.a - Here select all works which is to be Merge/ Club/Group then click on club/ Merge proposal button then RDF id will be generated

13. 7. Upload proposal
Go to view menu and click on Schemes with RDF ID
Step 7.1.a - Then enter generated RDF Id in text box then click on enter button.

14. Now range officer level scheme formulation work has been completed
Step 7.1.b - Then proposal will be generated having all schemes data.

Step 7.1.b – Go to end of the page and then save proposal by clicking on save proposal to PDF button.
Now range officer level scheme formulation work has been completed

15. Step 7.1.c – For uploading the proposal browse/ select PDF and upload proposal by clicking on upload button then proposal will be uploaded successfully at RO level.

16. 8. DFO/CF/RCCF LEVEL
For Updation and uploading of the proposal DFO have to login with their user id and password from forest and then clicking on scheme formulation system (e-RDF).
Step 8 - First login through login page.
Step 8.1- If required for update to scheme, Go to Update Scheme Formulation menu and click on RDF/SMC Update button.

17. Step 8.2 – Feed all data financial year, range name, plantation site Id and then edit RDF Part – I and RDF Part – II then click on Update button.
Step Go to view menu and click on Schemes with RDF ID
Step Then enter generated RDF Id in text box then click on enter button.

18. Step 8.5 - Then proposal will be generated having all schemes data.
Step 8.7 – Go to end of the page and then save proposal by clicking on save proposal to PDF button.

20. Step 8.8 – For uploading the proposal browse/ select PDF and upload proposal by clicking on upload button then proposal will be uploaded successfully at DFO level.
