3 Childcare under 3 years

4 maternal assistant The maternal assistant is an early childhood professional who welcomes at home up to 4 children (from 3 months to under 6 years), after obtaining an agreement. A 120-hour training is required to practice the profession In France 312,400 nurses were employed by parents in 2015. Parents employing a nurse can perceive “ le complément de libre choix du mode de garde (Cmg)”, this is a financial aid to compensate for the cost of child custody.

5 Daycare centers In France there are 12,000 daycare centers.
The daycare centers welcome up to 60 children between 2 months and 3 years. Children are under the responsibility of qualified professionals. The children are supervised by a multidisciplinary team including a Director and professionals, because of a person for 5 children who do not work and one person for 8 children walking.
